1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged items cannot be accepted for return. This policy is strictly enforced.

3. Return Process

  2. Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the package.

  3. Ship Back: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. International Returns: Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: As an international customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes incurred when sending the item back to us.

  • A Practical Alternative: Given the high cost of international returns, in many cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit without requiring you to ship the item back. We will assess this option on a case-by-case basis to provide the most efficient solution.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount to your account.

  • Important: We cannot refund any customs duties or import taxes you may have paid. You may need to contact your local customs authority to inquire about recovering those fees.

6. Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos/videos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, at our discretion.
